Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Frontend Focus)
About the Role
We are developing a next‑generation, cloud‑native Content Management platform designed to support global content operations and future digital products. This system spans multiple engineering disciplines—from highly scalable data infrastructure to modern, immersive front‑end user experiences.
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong frontend expertise who enjoys solving complex challenges, working across the stack, and contributing to a highly scalable platform used across worldwide digital workflows.
Work Model:
Fully Remote, exclusively for candidates residing in Argentina, as employment and payroll operations are managed from Argentina.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Architect, design, and implement high‑performance frontend applications using React, Vue, or similar modern frameworks.
- Participate in code and architecture reviews, helping to define and evolve engineering best practices and standards.
- Contribute across the stack, including backend and infrastructure components using AWS, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
- Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and ecosystem changes; identify risks, propose improvements, and guide decisions.
- Write high‑quality, testable, maintainable code while taking full ownership of features from concept to production.
- Experiment and iterate—leveraging prototypes, proofs of concept, and controlled validations to determine the best solutions.
- Collaborate following progressive development methodologies to move solutions from prototype to production-grade releases.
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven experience leading technical initiatives, influencing engineering culture, and promoting structured best practices.
- Strong expertise in modern frontend development (React, Vue, or similar).
- Understanding of backend technologies and distributed system components.
- Strong foundation in software fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, design principles).
- Ability to break down complex business requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
- Commitment to continued professional growth as an individual contributor.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in agile environments such as Kanban or Scrum.
- Active participation in or contributions to the open‑source community.
