SAP Test Manager – Manufacturing Deployment (Spanish-English)

About the role

As a SAP Test Manager, you will make an impact by leading end‑to‑end SAP test management activities for a major manufacturing deployment in Argentina. You will be a valued member of our Delivery team and collaborate closely with client stakeholders, local users, functional leads, and cross‑functional project teams to ensure a smooth, high‑quality testing lifecycle across all phases.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive overall SAP Test Management activities including test planning, test strategy, test estimations, scheduling, and execution oversight.
  • Lead test phases such as SIT, UAT, Regression, and Day‑in‑the‑Life, ensuring readiness and alignment with deployment timelines.
  • Collaborate with local business users to ensure infrastructure, training, and knowledge transfer needs are met to support test execution.
  • Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards to manage daily stand-ups, defect triage, and progress reporting.
  • Coordinate directly with the client and cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and issues.

Work model

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring travel and onsite presence during key deployment activities in Argentina.

What you need to have to be considered

  • 12+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on SAP quality assurance and test management.
  • Proven experience managing SAP rollout or deployment projects, preferably in large or global environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including Fiori, SAP ECC, and Plant Maintenance.
  • Strong experience leading SIT/UAT/Regression cycles and coordinating with client and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with local users, coordinate training/KT, and support test readiness activities.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (required) for collaboration with onsite teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate Excel-based reports, dashboards, and documentation.
  • SAP Associate Certification (required).

These will help you stand out

  • Experience in Life Sciences, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or Batch Manufacturing Processes.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Tosca for automation and test case execution.
  • Experience supporting Day‑in‑the‑Life simulation and deployment hypercare.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize testing methodologies using manufacturing domain knowledge.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in hybrid environments balancing remote and onsite duties.
