Position Summary: We are seeking Techno-Functional Consultants to bridge the gap between healthcare operations and technical execution. You will translate complex clinical and payer requirements into actionable technical strategies, leveraging deep-dive data analysis to steer product vision. With hands-on expertise in enterprise platforms (Epic, Salesforce, or Facets) and modern data stacks, you will drive the cross-functional delivery of high-impact, data-driven healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Techno-Functional Expertise: Act as a bridge between clinical/business SMEs and engineering teams. Lead the implementation of EHR/EMR systems (like EPIC) or Core Payer platforms (like Facets/QNXT)
• Data Analytics: Use SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to analyze healthcare datasets including claims, member enrolment, provider payments, etc.
• Integration: Design and validate FHIR and HL7 message flows and API integrations to ensure seamless data exchange across the payer and provider systems
• Cloud and Digital Transformation: Support the migration of healthcare applications to Azure, AWS, or GCP, ensuring data security and HIPAA compliance
• Product Management: Manage backlogs in Jira/ADO/Rally, drafting technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria for developers
• Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.E./B. Tech and MBA (Preferred)
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare domain as a Techno-functional Consultant, Technical Product Owner, or similar role in a technology-focused environment.
  • Must be familiar in TriZetto Facets, QNXT, Salesforce Health, or EMR
  • Proficient in SQL, Data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau and experience in cloud environment like GCP, Azure, AWS
  • Understanding of Solution architecture, EDI transactions, ICD-10, HL7 and FHIR standards
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
