Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions to support development and deployment processes.
• Oversee the integration of Github Actions Gitlab CI Jenkins and ArgoCD to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide expertise in AWS DevOps to enhance cloud infrastructure and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement security best practices to protect infrastructure and data integrity.
• Drive innovation by exploring new tools and technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
• Document infrastructure processes and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing infrastructure to support business growth. Qualifications
• Possess extensive experience with Github Actions Gitlab CI Jenkins and AWS DevOps.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Have a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and best practices for security and performance.
• Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
• Show proficiency in scripting languages for automation and process improvement.
• Display a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies and tools.
