Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant with Product Management experience to join our Healthcare Consulting team. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in developing and managing our clients' healthcare consulting products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and drive the success of our organization. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including consulting, technology, and marketing, to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Lead the development and enhancement of healthcare products and services, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs, vision and business goals.
• Market & Competitor Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform product strategy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and technology teams, to gather requirements and ensure successful product delivery.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product impacts and address any issues.
• Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding product-related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and defuse team conflicts.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our healthcare consulting offerings.

Qualifications:

• Education: MBA, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience:
  • 6+ years of experience in Healthcare domain as a Consultant, Product Manager, or similar role in a technology-focused environment.
  • Must have healthcare experience in areas such as Claims, Enrolment, Medicare, Medicaid, Interoperability, PBM, Providers, value based payments etc.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
