About the role
As an ERP Technical/Functional Analyst, you will make an impact by enabling business insights and supporting data-driven decision-making for the client. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, leadership, and other teams.


In this role, you will:

  • Gather functional requirements and develop user stories working directly with business stakeholders to enable business insights.
  • Filter, clean, and prepare data to support data reporting and analysis.
  • Gather requirements, create user stories, resolve solution gaps, architect and model dashboards, and build standardized data visualization models to deliver sustainable, effective, and efficient reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support business processes and analytics needs.
  • Partner with leadership and the team to identify and manage the core set of metrics needed to measure performance.
  • Evaluate the performance of processes, services, and outcomes and drive performance improvement.

What you must have to be considered

  • Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Technical proficiency, including familiarity with databases and ability to write SQL to extract and analyze data.
  • Experience in data modeling, including the ability to design, implement, and optimize data models for reporting and analytics.
  • Experience in data analysis and visualization, including the ability to interpret datasets and present insights in a clear, visual format.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with delivery methodology frameworks and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges and devise effective solutions.

These will help you succeed

  • Experience with ERP/business acumen, MS Word, Excel, SQL, SQL Modeling, BI Hana, Power BI, and engineering or data-driven persona.
  • Ability to independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Ability to mentor and coach peers and recommend process improvements related to delivery and new methodologies.
