Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices for enterprise applications
Implement and support API Gateway and API Management solutions such as Axway or equivalent platforms
Design and integrate RESTful APIs connecting internal and external systems.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve API and application issues in production environments
Work within Unix/Linux environments to support deployments, configurations, and operational tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure API security, performance, and scalability
Participate in deployment, release, and environment support activities
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of Java development with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
Good experience working with API gateway or API management platforms
Strong understanding of REST APIs and service integration
Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux systems
Good understanding of Oracle databases, preferably Oracle 12c / 19c
Ability to analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve API and application issues
Essential Skills:
Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot microservices
Good experience with API Gateway / API Management platforms such as Axway, Apigee, Kong, or Layer7 (CA/Broadcom)
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and service integration
Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux
Good understanding of Oracle Database (12c / 19c)
Familiarity with microservices architecture principles
Nice to Have Skills. :
Experience with Axway API Manager / API Gateway
Exposure to API lifecycle management
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices
Experience working in enterprise integration environments
Basic knowledge of monitoring or logging frameworks
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
