Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement application components using Java, JavaScript (DOJO), and SQL following established coding standards

• Assist in development and customization on BPM platforms such as IBM BPM or BAW and support integrations with enterprise systems and databases (Oracle)

• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects to ensure application reliability and performance

• Provide application support, implement bug fixes, and assist with enhancements for existing systems

• Prepare technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with architects, analysts, and QA teams during the development lifecycle

Job Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in software development

• Experience with Java-based application development and web technologies.

• Familiarity with relational databases, particularly Oracle

• Ability to work in open systems environments and follow secure development practices

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Essential Skills:

• Java

• JavaScript (DOJO)

• SQL

• Experience working with Oracle databases

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Familiarity with developing and deploying applications in Open Systems environments such as Linux, Unix, or Windows Server

Nice to Have Skills. :

• Experience or exposure to IBM BPM / IBM BAW

• Experience with FileNet

• Knowledge of J2EE frameworks

• Exposure to .NET technologies

• Understanding of workflow/process automation platforms

• Experience with application integration concepts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software

• Engineering, or a related field.

• Equivalent practical experience may be considered

• Relevant internships, academic projects, or certifications in Java or BPM technologies are an advantage
