Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement application components using Java, JavaScript (DOJO), and SQL following established coding standards
Assist in development and customization on BPM platforms such as IBM BPM or BAW and support integrations with enterprise systems and databases (Oracle)
Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects to ensure application reliability and performance
Provide application support, implement bug fixes, and assist with enhancements for existing systems
Prepare technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with architects, analysts, and QA teams during the development lifecycle
Job Requirements
0–3 years of experience in software development
Experience with Java-based application development and web technologies.
Familiarity with relational databases, particularly Oracle
Ability to work in open systems environments and follow secure development practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Essential Skills:
Java
JavaScript (DOJO)
SQL
Experience working with Oracle databases
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Familiarity with developing and deploying applications in Open Systems environments such as Linux, Unix, or Windows Server
Nice to Have Skills. :
Experience or exposure to IBM BPM / IBM BAW
Experience with FileNet
Knowledge of J2EE frameworks
Exposure to .NET technologies
Understanding of workflow/process automation platforms
Experience with application integration concepts
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software
Engineering, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience may be considered
Relevant internships, academic projects, or certifications in Java or BPM technologies are an advantage
