Job Summary

The TM-F&A Operations role requires a seasoned professional with 10 to 12 years of experience in financial operations specifically focusing on Fixed Assets Accounting and Analysis. The candidate will leverage their expertise in MS Excel to optimize processes and ensure accurate financial reporting. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment during day shifts contributing to the companys financial integrity and strategic goals.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and analysis of fixed assets to ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
  • Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to streamline financial operations and enhance data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fixed asset data into broader financial strategies.
  • Develop and implement procedures for fixed asset accounting to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on fixed asset analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all fixed asset accounting activities.
  • Monitor and report on fixed asset performance identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements focusing on fixed asset components.
  • Support audits by providing detailed fixed asset reports and documentation.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in fixed asset accounting practices and MS Excel techniques.
  • Contribute to the development of financial policies related to fixed asset management.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to enhance systems supporting fixed asset accounting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the fixed asset accounting function.

  • Demonstrate expertise in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis capabilities.
