Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP solutions that enhance order management efficiency.
• Conduct thorough SAP SD Testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP implementations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Optimize existing SAP systems to improve functionality and user experience.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP processes and configurations.
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to SAP solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP development.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Support the training and development of team members in SAP-related skills.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of SAP and SAP SD modules with hands-on experience in testing and implementation.
• Demonstrate expertise in order management processes and their integration with SAP systems.
• Exhibit proficiency in Portuguese with excellent communication skills to liaise with native speakers.
• Have a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset to address technical challenges effectively.
• Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
• Display a proactive approach to learning and staying abreast of new SAP developments.

Certifications Required

SAP Certified Application Associate - Order Management with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP7
