About the role
We are seeking an experienced Workfront Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of enterprise-scale workflow solutions. In this role, you will act as both a technical authority and strategic partner, driving efficient processes, seamless integrations, and user adoption across the organization.
In this role, you will:
- Design, build, and configure scalable Workfront functionality including custom forms, templates, dashboards, approval processes, and layout templates.
- · Define and implement best practices for Workfront configuration and enterprise workflow management.
- · Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support and training.
- · Manage integrations between Workfront and other enterprise systems using Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar platforms.
- · Utilize APIs and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency.
- · Conduct discovery sessions, gather complex business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- · Provide thought leadership on leveraging advanced capabilities, including AI tools, within Workfront.
- · Act as the go-to technical and business authority for Workfront, offering both immediate support and strategic advice.
Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 - 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in NY. What you need to have to be considered
· 5 – 8 years of experience in Workfront configuration, implementation, and administration.
· 5 – 8 years as a Workfront System Administrator or consultant.
· Expertise in designing and optimizing complex business processes within Workfront.
· Hands-on experience with integrations and system architecture, including Workfront Fusion.
· Strong background in configuration and architecture for marketing or growth-focused projects.
These will help you stand out
· Preferred: Adobe Certified Expert – Workfront Core Developer and Workfront Fusion Developer.
· Adobe Fusion Certification highly desirable.
· Experience with Adobe AEM, GenStudio, Firefly, or other Adobe Experience Cloud products is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is between $90.000 – $102.000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
