Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate Cards & Payments business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Develop functional specifications, business models, and process flows.
- Provide expert guidance on data quality practices to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Oversee system development and testing to ensure quality and compliance.
- Track project progress and report regularly to management and stakeholders.
- Use data analysis tools to generate insights supporting business decisions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
- Support implementation of new technologies, including end‑user guidance and training.
- Assess operational impact of business changes and recommend mitigation actions.
- Promote continuous improvement and process excellence.
- Contribute to enhancing the efficiency and reliability of financial services delivered to clients.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Cards & Payments, with deep knowledge of industry practices.
- Strong analytical skills with emphasis on data quality.
- Proven ability to create functional work models and business documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex projects.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Preferred certification: CBAP or equivalent.
