The Role
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in designing, building, and architecting low-latency, high-throughput systems.
The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in C/C++, real-time trading platforms, and resilience engineering, with a proven track record of delivering highly reliable production systems.

Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and development of low-latency, high-performance applications.
Lead & engage clients in discussions on technology migration of high throughput systems in the trading domain
Drive performance engineering initiatives to ensure scalability, throughput, and minimal latency.
Design and implement real-time failover mechanisms for mission-critical trading engines.
Own reliability, resilience, and fault-tolerance strategies across complex technology stacks.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to performance, stability, and system resilience.
Build, evolve, and manage chaos engineering and resilience engineering service offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment with business and technical goals.
Qualifications
Experience
23+ years of overall experience in software design, development, and architecture.
Technical Skills & Expertise
Must have experience in Futures & Options trading platform architecture setup for high volume markets
Must have India trading markets experience in architecting, designing, developing & scaling trading platforms
Must have hands-on expertise in C/C++ driven application architecture, design, and development.
Extensive experience in performance engineering, optimization, and tuning of high-throughput systems.
Proven experience with real-time systems, especially within trading or similar latency-sensitive environments.
Deep understanding of system reliability, fault tolerance, and high-availability architectures.
Experience diagnosing and resolving complex production issues in distributed systems.
Preferred Attributes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to engage with government & semi-government agencies
Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor senior engineers.
Experience working in high-pressure, always-on production environments.
