Responsibilities : - Lead the integration and optimization of Calypso scheduling engine to enhance system efficiency and reliability. - Oversee the development and implementation of Calypso APIs and extensions to improve functionality and user experience. - Provide technical support for FrontOffice operations ensuring seamless transaction processing and data management. - Manage BackOffice operations focusing on reconciliation and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Calypso solutions with business objectives and client needs. - Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement to drive innovation and operational excellence. - Develop and maintain documentation for Calypso systems to ensure clarity and accessibility for stakeholders. - Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding and proficiency in Calypso operations. - Monitor industry trends and advancements in financial technology to keep the company at the forefront of innovation. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and effective problem-solving. - Implement best practices for system security and data protection to safeguard company and client information. - Support asset and wealth management initiatives by integrating domain expertise with technical solutions. - Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize system performance and contribute to the companys strategic goals. Qualifications - - Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Calypso scheduling engine APIs and operations. - Demonstrate expertise in FrontOffice and BackOffice operations within Calypso systems. - Have a strong understanding of asset and wealth management principles and practices. - Exhibit proficiency in developing and implementing technical solutions in a hybrid work environment. - Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. - Display excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in financial technology. 9.
