Job Summary
As a Manager in Learning Services you will oversee the development and implementation of training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your role will involve managing resources efficiently and ensuring the quality of learning materials. This position requires a hybrid work model with night shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of comprehensive learning programs that align with company objectives and enhance employee capabilities. Oversee the development of training materials ensuring they are engaging and effective in delivering key concepts. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs to meet specific requirements. Manage a team of trainers providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality delivery of learning services. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics making necessary adjustments for improvement. Ensure the integration of MS Office tools in training modules to enhance productivity and efficiency. Coordinate with external vendors to source additional learning resources and materials when necessary. Implement innovative learning technologies to facilitate remote and hybrid training sessions. Monitor industry trends in Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance to incorporate relevant content into training programs. Provide regular reports on training outcomes and employee progress to senior management. Develop strategies to increase employee engagement and participation in learning initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all training activities. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Qualifications
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to create and manage training content effectively. Possess strong knowledge of Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance to tailor training programs accordingly. Exhibit excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Have a proven track record of managing learning services in a hybrid work environment. Show ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules. Display strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrate experience in evaluating training effectiveness and implementing improvements. Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in learning services or a related field. Have a maximum of 10 years of experience ensuring a balance of expertise and adaptability. Show capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve training goals. Exhibit innovative thinking to incorporate new learning technologies and methods. Demonstrate commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all employees. Have experience in managing vendor relationships to enhance training resources.

Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
