About the role

As a Senior Boomi Developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise integration solutions using Dell Boomi AtomSphere, REST APIs, and XML. You will be a valued member of the Integration Engineering team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product owners, architects, and business teams, to deliver scalable and reliable solutions within the Hi-Tech domain.

In this role, you will:

· Design, develop, and implement Dell Boomi AtomSphere integrations to enhance system connectivity and data flow.

· Build and deploy REST API and XML-based integration solutions aligned to business requirements.

· Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues to ensure system reliability and performance.

· Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical integration solutions.

· Optimize and enhance existing integrations to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Work model: Hybrid from client office in Austin, TX or a Cognizant Texas based office

What you need to have to be considered

· 6–10 years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere integration development.

· Strong expertise in REST API design, development, and integration.

· Proficiency in XML for data transformation and integration processes.

· Experience working in the Hi-Tech domain with an understanding of industry challenges.

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

These will help you stand out

· Familiarity with AI-enabled technologies or intelligent integration use cases.

· Experience documenting integration designs and maintaining technical knowledge repositories.

· Participation in code reviews and adherence to integration best practices.

· Ability to support deployment and maintenance activities in hybrid work environments.

· Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $64,734 - $90,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
