Job Title - Informatica MDM Developer

About the role

As an Informatica MDM Developer, you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable Master Data Management solutions that enhance data quality, governance, and Customer 360 initiatives for a leading banking client. You will be a valued member of our Technology & Engineering team and will work closely with data integration teams, architects, and business stakeholders to build reliable and secure enterprise data capabilities.


In this role, you will:

· Design, develop, and maintain Informatica MDM (10.x or higher) components, including Stage/Load processes, Match & Merge rules, Trust & Validation rules, Hierarchy Manager, Workflow Manager, and Hub Console.

· Build and support SIF APIs, batch processes, and data stewardship workflows.

· Optimize MDM configurations for performance, scalability, and data accuracy.

· Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS to support enterprise data ingestion and transformation.

· Integrate MDM solutions with multiple banking systems, including CRM, core banking, and digital platforms, ensuring seamless data flow across upstream and downstream systems.


Work model

What you need to have to be considered

· Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (10.x or higher) including core components like Match/Merge, Trust/Validation, Hierarchy Manager, and workflows.

· Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS for ETL development.

· Proven experience integrating master data with enterprise applications (CRM, core banking, digital systems).

· Solid understanding of master data concepts, data governance, and data quality frameworks.

· Experience working within large‑scale enterprise or banking environments.


These will help you stand out

· Experience supporting Customer 360 or customer master programs.

· Knowledge of data stewardship tools, exception handling, and workflow automation.

· Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems or cloud-based MDM platforms.

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on performance tuning.

· Ability to collaborate effectively in regulated, matrixed enterprise environments.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until April 1, 2026.

The annual salary for this position is between $81,000 - $156,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
