About the role
As a Java Full Stack Engineer, you will make an impact by designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications that power critical business solutions. You will be a valued member of a cross‑functional engineering team and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high‑quality, end‑to‑end solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and modern front‑end frameworks
- Build and expose RESTful APIs, integrating with internal systems and third‑party services
- Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure reliable applications
- Write clean, reusable, and well‑documented code following industry best practices and coding standards
Work model
We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this position follows an Onsite work model in Louisville, KY or Dallas TX.

What you need to have to be considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Java‑based application development
- Hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related frameworks
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with at least one modern front‑end framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Solid problem‑solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
These will help you stand out
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
- Exposure to cloud platforms and microservices‑based architectures
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
- Experience collaborating with global or distributed teams
