Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Specialist in Insurance Claims where you will leverage your expertise in domain and customer service to enhance our operations. With a focus on Property & Casualty Insurance you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient claims processing and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Analyze insurance claims to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline claims processing and improve efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Utilize domain knowledge to assess claims and determine appropriate actions
  • Implement strategies to reduce claim processing time and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor claim trends and provide insights for process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of claims and customer interactions for audit purposes
  • Develop training materials to enhance team knowledge on claims handling and customer service
  • Conduct regular reviews of claims processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Support the development of new policies and procedures to optimize claims management
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards in all claims activities

  • Possess strong analytical skills to evaluate claims effectively
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills for customer interactions
  • Have a solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance principles
  • Show proficiency in using claims management software and tools
  • Exhibit problem-solving abilities to address complex claims issues
  • Display attention to detail in maintaining accurate records
  • Have experience in rotational shifts and hybrid work models

Certifications Required

Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification in insurance claims handling.
