SME Voice
The SME-Revenue Cycle Management LS role involves optimizing revenue cycle processes within the healthcare domain. The candidate will leverage their expertise in MS Excel and patient-provider interactions to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires working from the office during night shifts focusing on improving patient calling strategies and provider engagement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue cycle processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to streamline patient calling procedures ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Utilize MS Excel to manage and analyze data providing insights that drive decision-making and process optimization.
- Develop strategies to improve provider interactions fostering strong relationships and enhancing service delivery.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to revenue cycle management ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in patient calling and provider engagement.
- Implement innovative solutions to address challenges in revenue cycle management leveraging technology and data analytics.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of patient information.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate revenue cycle processes with broader organizational initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify gaps in revenue cycle processes and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead efforts to enhance patient satisfaction through improved communication and service delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate staff on revenue cycle management best practices.

Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel utilizing advanced functions and data analysis techniques to support revenue cycle management.
- Exhibit strong communication skills particularly in patient calling and provider interactions ensuring effective engagement and service delivery.
- Possess a deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes with a focus on optimizing patient-provider relationships.

- Display knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards ensuring compliance and integrity in all processes.
