Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced AWS Connect Developer with strong expertise in React.js along with hands-on experience in building AWS-based conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will work across UI development, AWS chatbot services (Lex, Bedrock), Amazon Connect, backend integrations (Python, Lambda, DynamoDB), and Salesforce CRM connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive UI applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Build and integrate AWS conversational AI solutions including Amazon Lex, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q Connect, Amazon QIC.
- Develop serverless backend components using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Python.
- Design and optimize NoSQL data models using Amazon DynamoDB.
- Integrate AWS chatbot and contact center solutions with Salesforce Service Cloud via APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, QA, and Product.
- Ensure solution quality, scalability, and security aligned with AWS best practices.
- Support deployments through CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
Required Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and front-end development.
- Experience working with AWS services, including:
- Amazon Lex (chat/voice bots)
- Amazon Bedrock (generative AI/LLMs)
- Amazon Connect / Amazon Q Connect
- Amazon QIC
- AWS Lambda
- API Gateway
- DynamoDB
- Experience coding backend functionalities in Python.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservice integration.
- Experience integrating applications with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Understanding of cloud security, IAM policies, and AWS standards.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of Node.js, Redux, or Next.js.
- Experience with serverless architecture design patterns.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or LLM tuning (Bedrock).
- Exposure to contact center automation workflows.
- Understanding of CI/CD tools (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions).
- Basic familiarity with UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
