About the role
As a Business Analyst – Commercial Lending (ACBS), you will make an impact by supporting large‑scale lending transformation initiatives for financial services clients. In this role, you will

- Analyze current‑state systems and workflows, translating business needs into clear specifications, process flows, and use cases.
- Support ACBS‑related initiatives by documenting data structures, loan accounting features, configurations, and parameter settings.
- Assist with legacy‑to‑ACBS mapping activities, including data conversion, system integration, and validation efforts.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to support UAT planning, test case validation, defect triaging, and successful delivery against project timelines.
What you need to be considered
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services, with a focus on commercial lending or loan servicing.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements, including BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Solid understanding of commercial lending processes, loan lifecycle management, and servicing operations.
- Experience working closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into system and integration specifications.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate requirement walkthroughs and review sessions.
What will help you stand out
- Hands‑on experience with ACBS, including data structures, loan accounting, and configuration validation.
- Exposure to legacy lending platforms (e.g., AFS) and system migration or modernization programs.
- Experience supporting UAT execution, defect management, and QA coordination.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Consulting experience working with large financial institutions.
