About the role:
As a ServiceNow MDM Solution Developer, you will make an impact by designing, building, and delivering scalable, product‑grade Master Data Management (MDM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow delivery team and collaborate closely with Product Owners, Certified Master Architects, and Certified Technology Architects to bring complex solution designs to life.
In this role, you will:
Develop robust, scalable MDM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Partner with Product Owners and CMA/CTA architects to design and implement complex modules.
Support and extend the capacity of CMA/CTA architects under their direction to meet project needs.
Take ownership of end‑to‑end delivery for high‑quality ServiceNow solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What you need to have to be considered:
Proven experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, preferably with exposure to MDM or similar enterprise applications.
Demonstrated success collaborating with Product Owners and technical architects (CMA/CTA) on complex solution design and delivery.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high‑quality outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to support a PST‑aligned schedule.
These will help you stand out:
Hands‑on experience with MDM concepts, data governance, or enterprise data models.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
ServiceNow certifications (Developer, Implementation Specialist, or Architect‑track credentials).

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until April 05, 2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $ 130,000 - $ 150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
