Job Summary
The SPE-Policy Servicing role requires a professional with 2 to 3 years of experience in Life and Annuities Insurance proficient in MS Office. The candidate will work from the office during day shifts focusing on policy servicing tasks that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage policy servicing tasks with precision to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Analyze policy documents to identify discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding policy terms and conditions.
- Ensure timely processing of policy amendments and endorsements.
- Maintain comprehensive records of policy transactions and communications.
- Utilize MS Office tools to generate reports and track policy servicing metrics.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve policy-related queries.
- Implement best practices in policy servicing to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends to anticipate changes and adapt processes accordingly.
- Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of training materials for new team members.
- Participate in meetings to discuss policy servicing strategies and improvements.

- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to facilitate efficient policy servicing tasks.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Life and Annuities Insurance to ensure accurate policy management.
