SR Technical Product Manager – Wealth Management and Asset Management
Responsibilities
·
Expertise in Product management, Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Documentation, product owning mindset, sprint planning/closure/retro, backlog management, creating Epic & user stories till go-live.
· As owner, oversees the strategic product management for an assigned technical product line(s). Strong knowledge of competitive market, operations, and various products and services.
Domain expertise in Wealth and Asset Management to lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of complex financial products and platforms, understands basic WCIB business or asset management business
Hands on JIRA, confluence, MS office, figma/lucid/ draw.io , mural, copilot utilities. Exposure to DB (postgres, DB2), postman, API design and integration, technical understanding of architecture.
· Strong Stakeholder Management & Communication skills(verbal & written),estimations, risk mgmt & conflict resolution, working with cross functional teams (including engineering, operations, devops, TPMs)
· Coordinate onshore-offshore engagement, goal-oriented, have a proactive approach to work, excellent cooperation and team-working skills, Independent thinker, process oriented and a willingness to constantly learn.
· Participate actively in sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
· Define UAT strategies, writing UAT validation scripts, acceptance criteria, and validation checkpoints.
Strong TPM candidate(7+ relevant exp) who can take e2e ownership, with wealth / asset management experience required (no generic BA/PO profiles),
Certification (Optional): POPM, SAFe, CSPO, Product management MBA
