Job Summary

As an Architect specializing in Tableau CRM Analytics and related technologies you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing data solutions that drive business insights. With a focus on database management and SQL expertise you will ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms. Your contributions will enhance data-driven decision-making processes benefiting both the company and society.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive data solutions using Tableau CRM Analytics to support business objectives and enhance decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
• Implement and optimize Tableau Prep workflows to ensure data is clean accurate and ready for analysis.
• Manage and maintain Tableau Server environments to ensure high availability and performance for end-users.
• Utilize ANSI SQL to extract transform and load data efficiently ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Oversee database architecture and design ensuring scalability and security to support growing data needs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries to enhance system efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies protecting sensitive information and maintaining trust.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower users with the skills needed to leverage data analytics tools effectively.
• Contribute to the companys mission by enabling data-driven strategies that positively impact society. Qualifications
• Demonstrate proficiency in Tableau CRM Analytics showcasing the ability to design and implement complex data solutions.
• Exhibit strong experience in Tableau Prep ensuring data readiness for analysis and reporting.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Tableau and Tableau Server with a proven track record of managing and optimizing server environments.
• Showcase expertise in Database and SQL particularly ANSI SQL for efficient data management and manipulation.
• Display a minimum of 12 years of experience in data architecture and analytics with a focus on delivering impactful solutions.
• Highlight experience in hybrid work models demonstrating adaptability and effective collaboration in diverse settings.
• Emphasize the ability to work independently and as part of a team contributing to a dynamic and innovative work culture.

Certifications Required

Tableau Desktop Certified Professional SQL Certification

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until March 22nd 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $120- $140K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
