In this role, you will:

• Develop secure, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Components, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Work collaboratively with architects, technical managers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into high‑quality technical designs.
• Design high‑level solution architecture, create prototypes, and present solution designs to stakeholders.
• Integrate Salesforce with cloud and on‑premise applications using standard and custom REST APIs.
• Support Agile/SCRUM ceremonies while contributing to planning, estimation, and delivery activities.

Work model:

What you need to have to be considered:

• 6+ years of strong, hands‑on Salesforce development experience in Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, Flows, Security, Sales Cloud, FSC, and APIs.
• Proven expertise designing, architecting, and implementing business‑critical Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Banking domain experience (FSC certification preferred).
• Experience with GitHub, Copado, and related source control and release management tools.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud and on‑premise applications via REST APIs.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
• Excellent planning, communication, time management, and organizational skills.

These will help you stand out:

• Salesforce PD1, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to build prototypes and present solution concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Deep technical understanding of Financial Services Cloud (FSC).1
