As a Sr. Developer specializing in SAP FSCM you will play a pivotal role in enhancing financial processes within the medical devices domain. Your expertise will drive the optimization of cash management collections and dispute resolution. Collaborating in a hybrid work model you will contribute to innovative solutions that improve efficiency and compliance.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SAP FSCM solutions tailored to the medical devices industry to optimize financial operations and enhance cash flow management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FSCM modules ensuring seamless communication and data flow across systems.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP FSCM modules focusing on Bank Communication Management and Cash & Liquidity Management.
  • Provide technical expertise in SAP FSCM Collections Management to streamline debt recovery processes and improve cash conversion cycles.
  • Implement SAP FSCM In-House Cash solutions to centralize and optimize cash management across multiple entities within the organization.
  • Utilize SAP FSCM Dispute Management to automate and resolve customer disputes efficiently enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the deployment of SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management solutions to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to ensure SAP FSCM solutions are functioning optimally and meeting business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to SAP FSCM modules.
  • Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they are proficient in utilizing SAP FSCM tools to achieve business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP FSCM technologies and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
  • Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work to maintain productivity and collaboration.
  • Ensure all SAP FSCM implementations adhere to regulatory requirements specific to the medical devices sector maintaining compliance and quality standards.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in SAP FSCM Bank Communication Management Cash & Liquidity Management and Collections Management demonstrating a deep understanding of financial processes.
  • Have a strong background in SAP FSCM In-House Cash and Dispute Management showcasing the ability to resolve complex financial challenges.
  • Demonstrate expertise in SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance.
  • Experience in the medical devices domain understanding the unique financial and regulatory requirements of the industry.
  • Familiarity with iRCAS ensuring seamless integration and functionality within SAP FSCM solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
