As a Consulting Manager specializing in MM-Material Requirement Planning you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing operational efficiency. With a focus on Life and Annuities Insurance you will leverage your expertise to drive impactful solutions in a hybrid work model ensuring seamless day shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of MM-Material Requirement Planning strategies to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee the analysis of material requirements to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices in MM-Material Requirement Planning to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align material planning strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance system capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members and promote knowledge sharing.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of material planning strategies making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in material planning processes.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Support the integration of MM-Material Requirement Planning with other business systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address challenges and implement solutions that enhance supply chain performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation of material planning processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration to drive impactful solutions in Life and Annuities Insurance. Qualifications
• Demonstrate expertise in MM-Material Requirement Planning with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Have experience in Life and Annuities Insurance domain which is considered a valuable asset.
• Show proficiency in project management and the ability to lead initiatives from conception to completion.
• Display adaptability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
• Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Certifications Required

SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP MM APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
