Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Angular MSBI/SSIS Admin Core Java and Java with a strong background This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects contributing to the development of innovative solutions that enhance our services positively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using GCP Angular and Java technologies to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize software applications for the mortgage loan domain.
- Utilize MSBI/SSIS Admin skills to manage and streamline data integration processes ensuring data accuracy and availability.
- Implement best practices in software development including code reviews testing and documentation to ensure robust and maintainable code.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues providing timely solutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying new knowledge to enhance software solutions and processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations maintaining the highest standards of data security and privacy.
- Engage in regular communication with team members and management to report progress challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing time and resources balancing remote and in-office work requirements.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in GCP Angular 13-16 and Core Java with proven experience in developing scalable applications.
- Demonstrate expertise in MSBI/SSIS Admin with the ability to manage complex data integration tasks efficiently.
- Have a solid understanding of the mortgage loan domain with experience in developing solutions tailored to this industry.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Show proficiency in software development best practices including testing documentation and code quality assurance.
- Display strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
