Job Summary

The GM-Solutions & BD role is pivotal in driving business growth and delivering innovative solutions. With a focus on leveraging Solution Manager expertise the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives. This hybrid position requires a seasoned professional with 12 to 16 years of experience adept at navigating complex business environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic business solutions that align with company goals and client needs.
• Oversee the integration of Solution Manager to optimize operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business development and expansion.
• Provide expert guidance on the use of Solution Manager to streamline processes and improve client outcomes.
• Drive the creation of innovative solutions that address client challenges and contribute to business growth.
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform solution development and business strategies.
• Ensure that all solutions are compliant with industry standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and support business objectives.
• Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge of Solution Manager.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate solution effectiveness and business impact to senior management.
• Support the sales team in client engagements by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of solution development processes and methodologies.
