Information Security Analyst – SailPoint Centralized Access

About the role
As an Information Security Analyst, you will make an impact by supporting the centralization of access request processes within SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). You will be a valued member of the Centralized Access Governance team, working closely with stakeholders, technology engineering, and governance partners to ensure streamlined, compliant, and user‑friendly access request workflows.
In this role, you will:
· Facilitate stakeholder engagement and onboarding into the centralized access governance model.
· Serve as the governance point of contact for escalations, inquiries, and exception management.
· Support intake management for access-related requests and ensure adherence to defined governance standards.
· Partner with technology engineering teams to drive timely delivery of new SailPoint IIQ request management features aligned to the IAM strategic roadmap.
· Help define and enhance the request management framework to improve user experience and ensure alignment with access management controls.

What you need to have to be considered
· Experience gathering requirements and centralizing access request processes/workflows in SailPoint IIQ in partnership with business stakeholders.
· Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ Request Management capabilities.
· Proven experience collaborating with technology engineering teams to deliver new SailPoint IIQ enhancements aligned to IAM roadmaps.
· Experience defining request management frameworks that align with access management control standards and deliver improved user experience.
· Ability to interpret internal/external business issues and recommend best practices.
· Experience establishing request management governance metrics and reporting (KRIs, KPIs).
· Demonstrated experience developing business processes and deploying IT security controls and IAM solutions.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to independently research, analyze, and solve complex issues.
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
· Understanding of IAM control maturity models, including alignment to NIST frameworks.
· Ability to consult on regulatory compliance requirements and support related reporting.

· Experience in large‑scale IAM transformation initiatives.
· Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
· Ability to drive governance alignment across multiple lines of business.
· Background in process optimization or user experience design for access workflows.
Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between CAD 63,000 – 100,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
