Senior .NET Full Stack Technical Lead – Azure & NoSQL (Local Candidates Only)
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned .NET Full Stack Technical Lead with a proven track record in designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation in complex projects.

Work Model
We embrace a hybrid work approach to provide flexibility while meeting business needs. This position requires 2 days per week onsite at a Cognizant or client office. Regardless of your arrangement, we support a healthy work-life balance through comprehensive wellbeing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of robust, secure, and scalable backend services using C# and .NET Core.
- Architect and implement enterprise applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Build and optimize cloud-native components on Microsoft Azure.
- Develop APIs and microservices leveraging Web API, Entity Framework, and .NET Core.
- Work with SQL Server (stored procedures, functions, triggers) and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB.
- Apply microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker or similar).
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and performance tuning.
- Ensure adherence to design principles and propose innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development with .NET Core.
- Strong expertise in C#, Web API, Entity Framework.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud-native development.
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB or Cosmos DB).
- Solid understanding of microservices and containerization.
- Proven experience in deployment, testing, and performance optimization.
Compensation
- Annual Salary Range: $81,000 – $155,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
- Eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, subject to performance and applicable plan terms.
