About the role
As a Senior Test Analyst with Automation, you will make an impact by supporting high‑quality software delivery through UI validation, test automation setup, and script development. You will be a valued member of the QA team and work collaboratively with testers, business partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
• Validate UI configuration changes within InsuranceNow.
• Support QA team members in setting up automation tools such as Git, AWS, Java JDK, Maven, Node, Commitizen, and IntelliJ.
• Assist new testers in creating automation scripts and applying documented best practices.
• Participate in weekly automation meetings to share insights and learn from peers.
• Collaborate with business representatives to understand critical path functionality.
• Contribute to user story creation in Jira to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Work model: Remote

What you need to have to be considered
• Basic understanding of Salesforce and core software testing principles.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow established best practices.

• Hands‑on experience supporting UI configuration testing.
• Exposure to InsuranceNow or insurance domain applications.
• Demonstrated ability to guide new testers or mentor junior team members.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 03/03/2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $53,477– $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
