Position: Service Line Specialist – AI/ML, Analytics & data
Experience: Minimum 7+ years in Presales Data & Analytics Solutions and Services and overall 15+years.
Industry Preference – Banking and Financial Services
Preferred Locations: East Coast - NJ/NY, DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania
Travel: 4+ days a month
Preferred qualifications:
Exposure to North America’s Financial Services Industry
Strong exposure to selling Data solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms with understanding of Data warehouse concepts like Cloud modernization, Enterprise data governance analytics and reporting.
Sound knowledge on Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica and other leading Data Products.
Experience supporting long-term executive relationships, and developing new territories/accounts, while ensuring customer success, adoption and expansion.
Experience working cross functionally (including account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal) to inventory existing software estate, build business cases for transformation with implementation plans, and close agreements.
Experience in carrying and exceeding business goals in a pre-Sales role.
Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based sales activity within business cycles, including qualifying accounts and leveraging the partner ecosystem.
Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions of Cloud and Artificial Intelligence (AI), modern data architecture, data governance, hyperscalers ( Azure,AWS, GCP )and intelligent automations are highly desirable
MBA or master’s degree from a top-ranked institution.
About The Job In this role, you will help Cognizant grow the Artificial Intelligence and Analytics (AI&A) business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. You will work with customers to deliver true business value, demonstrate product functionality, and provide a overview of key business use cases. Business cycles will include a combination of productivity use cases, as well as working with product teams to help the customers build new products leveraging the AI solutions. You will lead day-to-day relationships with cross-functional team members and external customers, leading with empathy, while identifying ways to multiply your impact and the impact of the team as a whole to drive overall value for the AI&A Practice.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with Financial Services customers as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, manage business cycles, identify solution use cases, and influence direction of accounts.
Work with multiple customers and opportunities simultaneously, understand each customer’s technology footprint and strategy, growth plans, business drivers, participants, and how they can transform their business using Cognizant's industry experience, accelerators and platforms.
Work with Financial Services accounts and cross-functional teams (e.g. Customer Engineering, Software Platform and Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Channels) to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies, drive pipeline and business growth, close agreements, understand the customer, and provide excellent prospect and customer experience.
Deliver against revenue target and achieve or exceed business and growth goals while forecasting and reporting your portfolio businesses.
