IT Hardware -Asset Management

Location : Richmond VA ( onsite )

Asset Management Team member -Hardware Deployment
Deploy laptops and desktops for break/fix scenarios, new hires, training classes, and smart
locker distribution.
Project Coordination
Support device refresh cycles and respond to special project requests requiring asset
deployment or reclamation.
Inventory and Logistics Management
Manage central inventory storage, shipping and receiving, and the RMA/refurbishment/repair
processes for Windows and Apple laptops, desktops, docks, monitors, credit card readers, time
clocks, digital cameras, overstock equipment, VIP inventory, and peripheral assets.
Cross Functional Coordination
Work with vendors, clients, and internal managers on device deployment, hardware reclamation,
and e-waste processes.
Vending and Peripheral Inventory
Maintain automated vending machine inventory and manage peripheral stock levels.
