Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for cobot and robotic arm products — from concept through development, certification, production ramp-up, and market launch

Define and continuously evolve the long-term product vision and roadmap for NEURA Robotics' portfolio

Act as the single accountable owner for product success, including commercial performance, technical direction, and customer satisfaction

Set, track, and report on product-level OKRs and KPIs to senior leadership

Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, sales, marketing, and executive teams

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify growth opportunities

Drive go-to-market strategies in close alignment with sales and marketing and represent the product at key industry events

Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance throughout the lifecycle and post-launch

Mentor and support junior product managers

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field

7+ years of experience in product management, including at least 4 years in robotics or industrial automation

Proven track record of successfully launching complex robotic or mechatronic products

Deep technical understanding of collaborative robots and robotic arms, including safety standards (ISO 10218, ISO/TS 15066)

Strong technical foundation with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams

Experience with agile product management methodologies and tools such as Jira

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences

High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment

Resilience and strong problem-solving skills under pressure
