Our Mission: Our B2B procurement platform is leading the packaging industry toward a more digital and eco-friendly future. Now, we’re expanding our impact by bringing a new SaaS product to the market, which optimizes packaging procurement and management for our customers and significantly contributes to reducing their environmental footprint.

Our team combines substantial product-building, industry, and commercial experience under the guidance of seasoned founders who have previously built billion-dollar companies. Packmatic just closed a 15M Series A funding round and is backed by leading investors (e.g., EQT, HV Capital), who supported companies like Zalando, Flixbus & HelloFresh in their early stages. Your Tasks
- Taking the leading role to scale our internal spin-off “packa” to success as internal founder / entrepreneur in residence
- Acquire and motivate target customers to become engaged users of our new SaaS solution.
- Own marketing efforts by creating communication and branding strategies
- Understand customer needs deeply and deliver valuable insights to the product team.
- Build the team as we scale and transition from a primarily operational role to taking on more and more managerial tasks
Your Profile
- Previous experience in founding or taking a leading role in a venture-backed startup, VC or top-tier consulting
- Strong hunter mentality, closing clients, and achieving revenue targets excites you – C-Level clients see you as an equal partner.
- Execution mentality, with an intrinsic drive to achieve exceptional results
- Detail-oriented work ethic, with the ability to also understand the big picture
- Excitement to work on the ground with our dynamic team in Berlin & travel to clients wherever necessary
- Previous experience in working in complex digital B2B domains is a plus.
- Native-level German and fluency in English are required.
