Our Team offers you the opportunity to work alongside a group of highly ambitious and knowledgeable people and the freedom to make your own impact. You as our (Senior) Specialist, Payment Strategy will be driving our customer experience to ensure success.

• You’ll be the main point of contact for our merchants and build a strong relationship
• You’ll be designing a best-in-class onboarding experience, tailor-made to each of our merchants
• You’ll be optimizing payment KPIs and you will be hosting regular hosting business reviews
• You’ll be driving customer success objectives to create a measurable impact
• You’ll be growing revenue by introducing new use cases
• You’ll be following the latest Fintech trends and identifying areas of improvement of Payrails and our merchants' setup

• You have 5+ years of experience in FinTech or in the Payments domain
• You are an innovative thinker, able to quickly recognize opportunities and apply your expertise while executing fast
• You have experience delivering customer value, outcomes, and results that align with customer objectives
• You have a strong empathy for customers and a passion for driving growth
• You have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• You have excellent project management, time management, and organization skills
