TL;DR - We’re building the healthcare workforce for tomorrow. Our AI receptionist Luna is already automating patient communication in medical practices today. As the market leader in orthodontics and with a recent major funding round under our belt, we’re now scaling into additional medical specialties. As GTM / Partnerships Intern, you’ll build the partnerships engine that fuels our growth.

Why praxipal? The shortage of skilled professionals is the biggest challenge in our healthcare system. Tens of thousands of positions remain unfilled each year, and demographic shifts are only making things worse. Medical practices rely on our AI receptionist Luna to reduce staff workload and keep care accessible for everyone. We’re growing at record speed and recently closed a $6.7M seed round with HV Capital — and we’re just getting started.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as business development, sales, customer success or consulting

  • Extraordinary drive, strong entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of self-motivation

  • Natural connector who proactively builds and develops relationships with customers, partners and team members

  • You keep things running smoothly - highly organized, structured, and always two steps ahead

  • You communicate with clarity and impact - building trust, inspiring confidence, and making complex ideas sound simple

  • German and English at a professional level

  • It’s a plus if you have prior experience with startups, VC or within other fast-paced work environments

What You’ll Do In one sentence: You’ll build our partnerships approach and turn collaboration with industry partners into a sustainable growth engine.

  • You identify potential partners, reach out, and turn first conversations into strong, lasting relationships

  • You manage and deepen relationships with existing partners

  • You design a structured approach to partner communication, making collaboration seamless and scalable

  • You craft an incentive scheme that rewards our industry partners and drives mutual growth

  • You build an automated workflow that calculates and transfers commissions with precision - no friction, no delays

  • You collaborate closely with our leadership team and bring them into senior-level partnership conversations that move the needle
