TL;DR - We’re building the healthcare workforce for tomorrow. Our AI receptionist Luna is already automating patient communication in medical practices today. As the market leader in orthodontics and with a recent major funding round under our belt, we’re now scaling into additional medical specialties — and you’ll be a key contributor to make that work. As GTM Associate, you’ll help us build a world-class GTM engine and will grow professionally along the way. We welcome applications for both full-time and internship positions.

What We’re Looking For
First work experience in fast-paced environments, ideally combining generalist and customer-facing roles

Natural connector who proactively builds and develops relationships with customers, partners and team members
German and English at a professional level
What You’ll Do
In short: You’ll help us build a world-class GTM organization, driving impact through killer demos and bold lead-gen plays.
You take ownership of diverse go-to-market initiatives, from event organization to customer engagement
You collaborate closely with our GTM leadership to identify new growth opportunities
You plan and execute industry events that bring our brand to life and create meaningful connections with potential customers and partners
You help design and deliver impactful product demos and support existing customers to ensure they get the most out of our AI agent
You’ll continuously improve how we approach lead generation, partner management, and customer success, leveraging automation tools where they make us faster and smarter
