At praxipal, we are building an AI-powered healthcare workforce to address the global shortage of medical staff. Our core product, Luna, is an AI receptionist that automates patient communication and is loved by more than 100 medical practices.

We are backed by one of Europe’s leading investors and are one of the fastest growing healthtech startups in Germany. Our team has previously worked and studied at companies and institutions such as Palantir, Amazon, SAP, the University of Cambridge, and Hasso Plattner Institute.

We are hiring a Go-to-Market Engineering Working Student to build automations and internal tools that make our go-to-market organisation faster and more scalable.

The Role

This is a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership of automations, tools, and reporting that support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

You will work directly with non-technical stakeholders, identify bottlenecks and manual work, and turn them into reliable systems.

The role is on-site in Berlin and requires fluent German.

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities

  • Build automations for go-to-market workflows (e.g. n8n, Zapier, or custom code)

  • Build internal tools (e.g. a crawler, lead enrichment, outreach personalization tooling)

  • Build analyses and automate reporting (e.g. campaign performance, funnel tracking, pipeline health)

  • Identify friction and manual work in GTM and remove it through automation and tooling

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  • Strong hands-on programming experience in TypeScript and/or Python

  • You have built and shipped software end-to-end (e.g. side projects, internships)

  • Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders on technical topics

  • Fluent German (spoken and written)

  • Looking forward to working on-site in Berlin in a fast-moving environment in build-mode

  • Currently enrolled at a university

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience in startups or scale-ups

  • Experience with web automation tooling (e.g. Selenium, Puppeteer)

  • Experience improving operational processes through automation

How We Work

  • High ownership: You are responsible for the automations and tools you build. When things go well, you get the credit; when something breaks, you are involved in fixing it.

  • Hands-on and pragmatic: You focus on solutions that work, even when constraints are messy or imperfect.

  • Humble and collaborative: We do not hire people who believe they are smarter or more important than the team. Team fit and attitude are non-negotiable. If you are brilliant but lack humility, you are not a fit.

Growth & Responsibility

  • Opportunity to convert into fulltime at the end of your studies.

  • You are directly responsible in how well our go to market org works, and hence how well we scale. If you do things right, you can enable us to grow twice as fast.

  • Learn from top engineers, GTM operators and our founders how to build a product, a company and a GTM org

Location & Compensation

  • Location: Berlin (100% on-site)

  • Competitive compensation: €18-24/hour (20 hours per week)

  • Office perks: A beautiful workspace in Berlin Mitte, complete with a ping pong table, PlayStation, and VR setup.

  • Team bonding: Regular get-togethers and happy hours.

  • Health and productivity: Free dinners, subsidized lunches and sponsored gym subscription.
