As the market leader in dental and with a recent major funding round under our belt, we’re now scaling into additional medical specialties, products and markets — and you’ll be right at the forefront. As Growth Lead, you architect and scale the growth machine that powers our expansion across specialties and markets.

Why praxipal? The shortage of skilled professionals is the biggest challenge in our healthcare system. Tens of thousands of positions remain unfilled each year, and demographic shifts are only making things worse. Medical practices rely on our AI receptionist Luna to reduce staff workload and keep care accessible for everyone. We’re growing at record speed and recently closed a $6.7M seed round with HV Capital, and we’re just getting started.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in growth, marketing or business development roles, with a focus on lead generation

  • Experience with high-velocity SMB customers and in early-stage startups

  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels

  • Deep understanding of positioning, messaging and demand generation

  • Ability to test, monitor and iterate fast across growth initiatives

  • Combination of a creative nature with data-driven execution

  • Passion for transforming growth with cutting-edge AI

  • German and English at a professional level

What You’ll Do

In short: own lead generation and ensure that we continue to grow through reliable inbound channels.

  • Test, monitor and refine growth initiatives across channels in close collaboration with our sales, customer success and product teams

  • Build a measurable, scalable, and predictable funnel, with clear reporting through dashboards and revenue forecasts

  • Select and work with best-in-class agencies or freelancers to execute your growth strategies faster
