As Qonto's CRM One-shot Manager, lead the charge in crafting cutting-edge, customer-centric one-off campaigns that make a mark and connect with our audience.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a CRM One-shot Manager at Qonto, you will:
Architect and execute compelling ad-hoc CRM campaigns, push notifications, SMS, email and in-app campaigns leveraging our advanced tech stack.
Lead A/B testing initiatives, optimizing communication strategies for peak performance.
Analyze campaign data, informing tactical decisions with actionable insights.
Build cross-functional relationships, aligning CRM initiatives with broader company objectives.

🤝 About your future Manager
Your manager will be Madeleine Thieffry, our CRM Lead for the One-Shot team at Qonto.
Her path? After graduating from Grenoble Ecole de Management, Madeleine built her expertise in CRM and digital marketing through roles at L'Oréal and Numberly, where she managed omnichannel marketing campaigns for major clients. She joined Qonto in 2022 as Senior CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager before being promoted to CRM Lead.
What she can bring to the team? Madeleine brings strong expertise in CRM strategies and knowledge about Qonto (products, processes). Her leadership style focuses on empowerment and autonomy - she's there to support and train while giving you the space to grow.
🏅About You
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CRM campaigns management, with a strong focus on email, in-app and push notifications, ideally in B2B.
Customer Needs Analysis: Your past work reflects a dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs.
Project Management Expertise: You bring a proven track record of managing projects to completion with finesse.
Stakeholder Management: You're skilled in stakeholder management, nurturing relationships that bolster team success.
Marketing Automation Proficiency: Proficient with marketing automation tools, particularly Braze.
Continuous improvement: You strive to get better every day, even if it means learning from your own mistakes.
