Join us as a Partnerships Expert - Italy to establish and grow key strategic partnerships in the Italian market, effectively reimagining the function to support our expansion in Southern Europe. You will act as a senior leader within the local team, working closely with the Head of Business Development - Southern Europe, and the Managing Director - Southern Europe to build our partnership ecosystem and drive impact.
👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Partnerships Expert - Italy at Qonto, you will
Develop the Strategy: Build a long-term vision and strategy for partnerships in Italy, ensuring alignment with Qonto's overall business growth objectives.
Map the Ecosystem: Identify and map high-potential partners in the Italian market.
Secure Key Deals: Negotiate and close large, strategic partnerships per year, prioritizing quality and long-term value over quantity.
Drive Execution: Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from engaging C-level executives to launching and scaling the partnership.

Cross-functional Collaboration: You will work hand-in-hand with local leaders and teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Strategy.

🏅 About You
Experience: Extensive experience in Partnerships or Sales, with a strong background in the Tech or Fintech industry.
Negotiation Skills: You have a proven track record of negotiating and closing complex deals, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives.
Strategic Mindset: You demonstrate creativity and autonomy in developing partnership strategies and can build a vision from scratch.
Languages: You are fluent in Italian and English.
