As our Workplace & Events Intern, you will streamline our day-to-day office operations by ensuring a smooth running office that supports our dynamic and international team.
You will report to Ludovic, our Workplace Manager, and you will partner closely with a lot of different internal and external stakeholders.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Workplace & Events Intern at Qonto, you will
• Manage day-to-day operations, building relationships with providers and overseeing tasks.
• Follow-up on floor checks
• Handle mail sorting and manage relationships with suppliers.
• Respond to requests from Qontoers and redirect them to the appropriate parties.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Support the events team in setting up for various activities.

• You had a first internship/experience which allowed you to deal with multitasking and to manage multiple projects at once.
• You excel in organization and have a keen eye for detail.
• You have a service-oriented attitude and potentially a first experience in a customer-facing role.
• You are proficient with tech tools and proactive.
• You are fluent in English and in French.
