Join us as a Events Intern to shape and elevate Qonto's presence in the Spanish market through impactful events and innovative experiences, while working alongside our dynamic team in Barcelona to bring our brand to life through professional gatherings, industry fairs, and corporate events!
👩💻🧑💻 As a Events Intern in Spain at Qonto, you will:
• Support the planning and organization of in-house events and our presence at third-party trade shows, managing operational tasks such as supplier research, logistics, and on-site coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Legal, PR, Sales) to prepare briefings and requests and ensure all assets - from booth designs to communication materials - are delivered on time and on brand.
• Nurture relationships with external stakeholders, managing daily interactions with suppliers (catering, venues, shipping) and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Monitor and report on event performance, helping to track results and identify opportunities to improve the impact of our marketing initiatives.
• Act as a Qonto ambassador, engaging with attendees and potential customers during events to strengthen our community in Spain.

🏅About You:
• Experience: You are a Master's student looking for an end-of-studies internship OR a recent graduate (having completed your studies less than 3 years ago) eligible for a training contract (contrato de formación). You have previous internship experience in Marketing or Events, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Organization & Rigor: You have strong project management skills, are detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks with autonomy.
• Stakeholder Management: You are comfortable communicating and building relationships with various stakeholders, from internal teams to external suppliers.
• Languages: You have an excellent command of both written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Mindset: You are proactive, creative, and result-oriented, always looking for solutions to help the team achieve its goals.
