Join Qonto as a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager to strengthen how we plan and optimize capacity across our Operations teams. You will turn data into decisions that improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality across multiple markets.
This role will shape how we forecast demand, allocate resources, and steer budgets across internal and external teams. Your work will directly impact our ability to meet SLAs and regulatory expectations while scaling sustainably across Qonto’s 8 markets.
👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager at Qonto, you will
Own capacity planning and forecasting Improve forecast accuracy and planning cadence by maintaining and evolving models for internal and external teams.
Steer budget performance Reduce deviations vs plan by acting as the team’s budget point of contact and identifying efficiency levers.
Turn analysis into action Deliver measurable productivity gains by translating qualitative and quantitative insights into clear recommendations and action plans.
Build and improve measurement tools Increase visibility on productivity by maintaining dashboards and, when needed, creating simple tools (spreadsheets or SQL-based reporting).
Drive cross-functional projects Improve service performance by coordinating stakeholders at Qonto and with vendors to execute process and tooling improvements.

Your manager will be Gustavo, our Lead Planning and Reconciliantion.
His path: Gustavo has built a solid career in the fintech and payments industry, holding key strategy and planning roles at Mercado Libre and Mastercard Advisors. Before joining Qonto, he honed his consulting skills at Bain & Company and completed an MBA at HEC Paris with a specialization in Data & AI.
What he can bring to the team? With over 7 years of experience, Gustavo brings a hybrid profile that combines strategic vision with strong technical data skills. He is an expert in workforce planning and financial reconciliation, adept at driving efficiency and leading complex projects in fast-paced environments.
🏅 About You
Strong Excel skills (forecasting, scenario building, basic financial modeling).
Solid SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, root causes, and practical solutions.
Business and finance fundamentals (cost-to-serve, unit cost, economies of scale).
Clear communication with the ability to summarize complex analysis into simple, actionable recommendations.
Project management skills and autonomy to drive work end-to-end with multiple stakeholders.
Curiosity for AI and new technologies, and a willingness to test and adopt them when useful.
Languages: Fluent English is required, French is a plus.
