Join our Activation Sales team to generate qualified meetings between accounting firms and Activation Account Executives. You will play a crucial role in our growth by fueling the pipeline for our Account Executives, working within a dynamic team of 4 SDRs under the guidance of Astrid Liska.
👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an SDR Activation at Qonto, you will
• Reach out to accounting firms to introduce them to solutions that can transform their daily operations and help their clients thrive.
• Identify and engage with prospects who would benefit most from Qonto, creating opportunities for our Account Executives to deliver value.
• Work hand-in-hand with Sales Operations and Account Executives to ensure smooth prospect handovers and continuously enhance our approach.
• Develop your sales techniques through ongoing feedback, experimentation, and learning what resonates with your audience.
• Immerse yourself in our product and value proposition to have authentic, consultative conversations with potential partners.

Her background: Astrid has built a comprehensive career in the SaaS ecosystem, with impactful tenures at PayFit, Qobra, and Regate (now part of Qonto). Having evolved from an SDR to an Account Executive and Key Account Manager before stepping into leadership, she has mastered every stage of the sales cycle and understands exactly what it takes to perform and grow in this environment.
What she brings to the team: With specific expertise in Sales Enablement and International Sales, Astrid is dedicated to building a collaborative and high-performing team. She uses her diverse experience to provide concrete mentorship, helping you sharpen your skills and navigate complex sales challenges to reach your full potential.

Experience: You have a background in B2B SaaS or cold calling experience, and you’ve already been involved in outbound sales actions
Mindset: You demonstrate resilience and grit; you are an "Energy Giver" who thrives in a high-volume environment.
Skills: You are organized, coachable, and have excellent active listening skills.
Education: A degree from a Business school is a plus.
Ambition: You have the drive to succeed in a demanding role with potential evolution to Account Executive or Account Manager positions.
