Join us as a Media Manager to orchestrate Qonto's brand awareness campaigns across France, managing both offline media partnerships and internal online campaign execution. You'll play a critical role in building Qonto's presence as we scale toward serving one million SMEs by 2025.
As a Media Manager, you will work closely with Marine Masson, our Paid Marketing Lead, and collaborate with our media strategist and the broader acquisition team to create integrated media plans that drive brand awareness and consideration for Qonto's 400,000+ customers.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Media Manager at Qonto, you will
• Manage and execute offline media campaigns (TV, radio, outdoor advertising) in partnership with our external agency, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and budget optimization
• Create, launch, and optimize online campaigns across social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Google) to drive brand awareness and traffic
• Develop comprehensive media plans and budget allocation strategies, working closely with agencies and internal teams to maximize campaign impact
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key media and agency partners
• Collaborate with the paid acquisition team to ensure seamless integration between upper-funnel brand campaigns and lower-funnel performance marketing efforts

• Tools: Work with industry-standard platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, plus internal analytics and planning tools
• Measurement Focus: Contribute to building Qonto's media measurement capabilities, tracking brand awareness, consideration metrics, and campaign performance across channels

Your manager will be Marine Masson, our Lead Paid Acquisition.
• Her path? Marine scaled from digital marketing specialist to leading paid acquisition across Western Europe in under 8 years. She built and managed high-performing teams at ProntoPro and now oversees 8-digit budgets while launching new markets across Europe at Qonto.
• What she can bring to the team? Marine delivers results - she's launched 4 new markets, built teams from scratch, and mastered the art of scaling performance marketing internationally. Her hands-on approach combined with strategic vision means you'll get direct mentorship from someone who's done the operational work and now drives market expansion. She speaks 4 languages, understands European markets inside-out, and will push you to connect every media campaign to measurable business impact.
🏅 About You
• Media Campaign Experience: You have 3+ years managing both online and offline media campaigns, with hands-on experience creating and optimizing campaigns across social platforms and working with media agencies
• Budget Management: You've successfully managed significant media budgets with experience in budget allocation, planning, and optimization across multiple channels
• Agency & Stakeholder Management: You're comfortable building relationships with external agencies and media partners, with proven ability to coordinate complex campaigns across multiple stakeholders
• Digital Platform Expertise: You have operational knowledge of major digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and can independently create and manage campaigns
• Strategic & Operational Balance: You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution - comfortable both planning media strategies and getting into the operational details of campaign management
